Yes. You must schedule an appointment prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and a deposit will be REQUIRED to reserve your treatment.

Your appointment time begins promptly at your scheduled time, and arriving late will reduce the length of your service, as we need to maintain a prompt schedule for other spa guests. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be required to reschedule and forfeit your deposit.

Treatment times and therapists are reserved specifically for you. If you need to make a change or cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. See our cancellation policy for more details.
